Apple PICKING … even if we and 1,000,000 New Yorkers went to pick apples, there would still be some on the trees.

Travel site PHOTOGRAPHING. …I should really learn how to use my fancy Sony camera, I can use auto setting on my phone.

Heritage Festival PERUSING … taste 3 pies and do some pie judging, free ice cream, and some other, I suppose, informative booths.

Healthy eating POSTPONING … see above.

Bicycle PEDDLING … UP, down, UP, down, UP, down.

Storm King Art Center PONDERING … over 100 outdoor sculptures in a 500 acre park. How big is an acre anyway? We biked for two hours. It must be big.

Shoe PURCHASING … well you have to include this in every trip don’t you?

POUGHKEEPSIE, New PALTZ, PHOENICIA-Ok we didn’t really go to this town, but it starts with a P and we thought about it. We did go to Hudson, Kingston, Wilmington and Benninton though.

Driving back into NYC on Sunday evening PATIENCE PRACTICING … 9 miles, 90 minutes. I might be exaggerating a little, but not much!

Royals vs Yankees PLAYOFF … for the Royals win. No more needs to be said on this one except that maybe the two MVP guys need to play a little better. Correction just one needs to play better.

Meeting up with family you hadn’t seen in a really, really long time. PRECIOUS …I used to babysit for my cousin and her brothers…actually a second cousin but whose counting. What does a good babysitter do, lets them feed a stray dog and basically adopt it that day. They had that dog for years. Now that’s a responsible babysitter!
